Information we collect

Last updated: November 7, 2026.

Julie & Bucky uses information you provide when you order, contact us, or sign up for our newsletter. This may include your name, email, delivery and billing details, order information, and the messages you send. Payment information is processed through the payment services available at checkout.

Our site runs on Wix. Wix and service providers may process technical information, such as IP address, device or browser details, and cookies needed to operate and protect the site and checkout. Please do not include sensitive personal information in contact messages.

How we use information

We use customer information to fulfill and manage orders, answer questions, resolve order issues, and send newsletters only to people who opt in. We do not use customer information for advertising audiences or retargeting.

Information is handled through Wix and the services needed to provide hosting, payments, delivery, customer support, and email. Relevant information may be shared with those providers to perform these services, or when required by law. Their handling of information is also governed by their own privacy notices.

Order and support records may need to be retained for accounting, legal obligations, and resolving disputes. Newsletter information is used while your subscription remains active.

Your choices and contacting us

You can unsubscribe from newsletters using the unsubscribe link in an email or by contacting us. Unsubscribing from newsletters does not stop messages needed to complete an order or answer a request.

To ask about your information, request access or correction, or request deletion, use the Contact page at www.julieandbucky.com/contact for help. We may need to confirm your identity, and some records may need to be retained for legal or accounting reasons. You can also manage cookies in your browser; blocking essential cookies may affect checkout.

Adults should place orders and use our forms. Please do not submit children’s personal information. If a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can address it.

We will update this page when our practices change and show the revised date above.
